Marketing Strategy/Marketing Plans

We believe that the marketing strategy is the first step in ensuring that clients are targeting the correct market and are approaching this market correctly. The marketing plan deals with the detail of how to get there. We apply a simply approach to our marketing strategy, we conduct a “marketing audit” of our clients capability, we assess and “listen to” what the market is seeking and we construct our strategy around matching the two.

Feasibility Studies

Often our clients have concerns about embarking on a journey into a new direction without first understanding the sustainability of the projected earnings potential. In some cases they may not even have an idea of the profitability or lack thereof. In such cases we conduct a feasibility study to assess the future revenue verses expenditure projections and most importantly its cash flow implications. Both external and internal influences are weighed. The exercise would include assessing the project’s sensitivity to fluctuations in its key drivers, (turnover, margins and other key factors). We test the strength of the forecasts against this background and provide our client with a financial model as well as written report with our recommendation.
